Sandwich Dual Forms are designed to help create clean, structured nail extensions with greater precision and minimal filing. Made from a durable yet flexible material, they provide a comfortable fit while allowing smooth product application and easy removal after curing.

The sandwich-style design uses both an upper and lower form to shape the product evenly from both sides during application, helping to create a cleaner underside, more consistent structure, and a refined finish. The clear design and built-in guide markings help support accurate shaping and length control throughout the application process.

Ideal for:

• Creating structured nail extensions with very minimal filing
• Polygel / Acrygel , Builder Gel, Jelly Gel and Liquid Polygel applications
• Short to long extensions

Application Method:

1. Prepare the natural nail (cuticle work, buffing, and prep liquids).
2. Select the correct size lower sandwich form and fit it securely underneath the natural nail, similar to a traditional paper form.
3. Apply your chosen product to create a short extension and cure fully under an LED/UV lamp for 60sec/120sec. This creates the base structure and underside of the extension.
4. Apply product inside the upper sandwich form.
5. Place the upper form over the extension, gently pressing to shape and smooth the product evenly.
6. Cure fully under an LED/UV lamp for 60sec/120sec while keeping the upper form in place.
7. Carefully remove both forms once cured.
8. Refine the shape if required, then continue with your chosen colour, design, or finish with Top Coat.
