Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options (UK)
We ship all orders using Royal Mail tracked services:
  • Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)
  • Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £75

Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Dana Professional is not liable for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require photographic evidence to investigate and resolve the issue.
