Refunds and returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@danaprofessional.co.uk or +44 7432 245898 before sending your return. 

Return Conditions
Items are eligible for return if they are :

  • unopened, unused, and untested
  • returned within 14 days of delivery
  • in their original packaging and in resalable condition

Electronic devices must be returned in new condition, with no signs of use.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as Dana Professional is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Items not received
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent

 

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your exchange. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require photographic evidence to assess your claim. Once approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.


Important Notes

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery), before using the product.

Approved refunds are processed promptly, and you will be notified via email once your refund has been issued. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
