How partner rewards work
Approved partners receive a unique code and/or QR link. Students activate their Dana Professional account themselves, which links qualifying purchases to the originating partner.
Student benefit
Eligible students may receive special first-order or starter-kit pricing and ongoing professional benefits for a defined period.
Partner reward
Partners can earn commission or Dana Product Credit on eligible net purchases, subject to their partner tier and programme terms.
Grow your tier
Higher-performing partners may unlock enhanced rates, teaching support, product allowances, early access and co-marketing opportunities.
*Rates, qualifying products, attribution periods, performance tiers and Salon Conversion bonuses are governed by the current Partner Programme Terms and the partner dashboard.
Programme rules, summary
Who can apply?
Professional nail educators, independent trainers and training academies may apply. Dana may request evidence of professional experience, teaching credentials, insurance and business details depending on partner level.
How is a student linked to a partner?
The student activates their own Dana Professional account using the partner QR or code. One originating partner is normally recorded for each student, subject to correction of genuine registration errors.
How long do rewards continue?
The standard reward window is set out in the current partner terms and partner dashboard. Dana may continue to retain origin attribution after the reward window for analytics and eligible future Salon Conversion rewards.
What sales qualify?
Rewards apply only to eligible net merchandise sales after discounts, returns and refunds. VAT, shipping charges, gift cards, excluded products, cancelled orders, chargebacks and fraudulent transactions do not qualify.
Can students combine discounts?
Partner benefits do not normally stack with other percentage discount codes unless Dana explicitly confirms otherwise.
Can I advertise my code?
Yes, but where you receive commission, products, credit or another commercial benefit, you must make the commercial relationship clear and comply with applicable advertising rules. UK partners should use a clear, prominent disclosure such as "Ad" where required.
Can I call myself "Dana Certified"?
Not unless Dana has separately authorised that wording in writing. Participation in the commercial Partner Programme does not by itself constitute professional certification or accreditation.
Can I send Dana my students' email addresses?
Do not provide student contact details for Dana marketing unless there is a lawful basis and Dana has expressly approved the process. The normal programme journey is for the student to scan their QR and register directly with Dana.
